After conducting an initial search of all major local competitors in similar industries, it became clear that no-one with the right qualifications and skills-set was to be found in the country. So, we did the only other thing we needed to do – expand our search to include global markets. We discovered that there were only a where a handful of qualifying candidates, whom we approached.
